Agreement
By downloading or using Ozone Weather ("Ozone", "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Ozone is a weather application that provides current conditions, forecasts, radar imagery, and related weather information for locations you specify. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers including Apple WeatherKit, Open-Meteo, and the National Weather Service.
Accuracy of Information
Weather data is provided "as is" from third-party sources. While we strive to present accurate information, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any weather data displayed. You should not rely solely on Ozone for safety-critical weather decisions.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ozone for its intended purpose of viewing weather information. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Attempt to access weather APIs or services through means other than the app's intended functionality
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
Ozone and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. The app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozone and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damages arising from inaccurate weather data.
Availability
We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times. Weather data providers may experience outages, and the app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
